TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE
These Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern all services and products ("Services") provided by Able Business Services ("ABS"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCEPTANCE
Any order or request for Services is subject to acceptance by ABS. ABS reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. Customer's acceptance of Services constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by ABS.

3. SERVICES & PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For invoiced services, payments are due net 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services and collection actions, including legal fees.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Orders or scheduled services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds or adjustments are provided at ABS's sole discretion. Services performed are non-refundable unless determined by ABS to be unsatisfactory under the agreed terms.

5. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
ABS warrants that its services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, ABS disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ABS’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances will ABS be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold ABS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's misuse of services, failure to follow service recommendations, or any third-party claims related to the services provided.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
ABS is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the services provided by ABS. ABS operates in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing its business operations.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. MODIFICATIONS
ABS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes through email or updates on our website.
